About Jet Hansen
Intermountain Technology and Leadership Conference Erin-Todd “Jet” Hansen is a Principal Solution Architect for Intuit designing the work hub for Intuit’s 25,000 customer service people. He and his team develop simple low-to-no code solutions but employ AI models that help solve customer problems faster, identify and proactively guide customer service people to save at risk customers as well as identify the best customers to recommend cross-sell or product update. By leveraging data this adds millions of dollars to Intuit’s bottomline and makes for happier customers and customer service people. Civically, Jet splits his time between being vice chair for the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage, co-chair of ITC’s Computing Alliance and a co-founder of Idaho Women in Technology (IWIT).
