About Toby Mancini, Seneca Hull and team

Seneca Hull has grown up in the nursery and landscape industry and now has more years of experience than she cares to say. She loves plants, but really enjoys seeing people be successful with their gardens and landscapes. She is the President of Franz Witte, an amazing flock of people who create and maintain beautiful landscapes around the valley, and who run an awesome destination garden center in Nampa. Seneca is a Landscape Industry Certified Manager through the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), an Idaho Certified Nurseryperson, Past President of the Idaho Nursery and Landscape Association, and on the Treasurer on the Idaho AGC Board of Directors.

Toby has dedicated the past 35 years to exploring every facet of the green industry. His journey has taken him through high-end garden centers, growers, botanical gardens, and landscape service companies, where he seized every opportunity to learn and hone his skills. Toby's passion lies in connecting people with fascinating plants, and nurturing growth in both plants and people. Over the last 15 years, Toby has become an expert on the Treasure Valley, mastering what thrives here and how to cultivate it successfully. His career is marked by collaborations with admired industry companies like Roger's Gardens Nursery, Monrovia Growers, and the Idaho Botanical Garden.

Currently, as the Operations Manager at Franz Witte Landscape Company, Toby thrives on helping his team excel in their roles. He believes in fostering an environment where everyone is challenged and supported to reach their full potential. One of his favorite experiences is “being a part of team transformations in the growth they display as leaders in our industry as well as in the scope and quality of the projects they create." Toby is a Landscape Industry Certified Manager through the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), an ISA Certified Arborist, and an Idaho State Professional Applicator as well as earned a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Cal Ploy, Pomona.
