About Paul Seideman
Paul Seideman is the President of TrESCo of Idaho, an independent fiduciary company based in Boise ID. TrESCo has managed and settled the estates of hundreds of individuals and families throughout Idaho since 2002. Paul has been a National Certified Guardian of the Estate since 2010. Paul is also a past president of the National Guardianship Association and the Idaho Guardianship and Fiduciary Association, and currently serves on both Board of Directors. He has participated on the board of several national and state level organizations related to guardianship/conservatorship and elder abuse and regularly makes presentations on those topics in public speaking engagements. His experience in these organizations has led to participating in numerous projects related to legislative initiatives, adult protection task forces, oversight reforms, and providing content for education materials used by the Idaho Supreme Court committee on Guardianship/Conservatorship. Paul currently lives in Star ID with Nissa, his wife of more than 25 years, and 2 of their 4 children who have not yet left the nest.
